The menu at Cruise Bar and Restaurant celebrates local produce and bold Australian flavours, drawing inspiration from Australia’s diverse landscapes and sea life. We opted for the pan seared barramundi with macadamia cream, and it was perfectly cooked.
The cold seafood platter is a must order; fresh and healthy with stunning oysters, prawns, scallop and lobster. The food was perfect for the stomach and the setting.
And what pairs better with harbour views than a creative cocktail? They incorporate native Australian botanicals such as Lilly Flower. Whether it be a beer or wine, cocktail or mocktail, you name it they make it. This “French Fashion” (or their version of an old fashioned) was insanely good – beurre-noisette whiskey, liquor de noix, walnut bitters and shortbread. Clarity, clear and beautiful infused smooth flavours!
