If you’re looking for an Indian dining experience in Sydney with genuine hospitality, warmth, authenticity of flavour, as well as central convenience, Grace of India Restaurant in Milsons Point ticks all the boxes. Nestled right under the Sydney Harbour bridge and adjacent to the Milson’s Point train station, it’s an ideal stop whether you’re arriving by rail, car or foot.
Where? Located at 16 Ennis Rd, Milsons Point NSW 2061, Grace of India is situated “under the bridge at Milson’s Point and its proximity to the station means very easy access — perfect if you’re exploring the area or catching dinner after work.
Plus, being in Milsons Point means you’re just a short stroll from local landmarks like Luna Park Sydney and the harbour foreshore, giving you a lovely sense of place.
Food: it’s a culinary journey rooted in heritage and tradition. Grace of India brings together three generations of Indian cuisine tradition. They make much in-house: from their own pickles, masalas, cheeses, naans and curries.
Their Menu includes a wide range of options: vegetarian-friendly, vegan, gluten-free.
With signature dishes that keep drawing people back: for instance their amazing tandoori lamb cutlets and paneer tikka, or their tawa goat on a hot plate and biryani, their food is outstanding. We also loved their paratha and lamb Afghani, and the palak paneer were amazing. The food is honestly so good and our leftovers were just as great the day after!
What really makes this place stand out is the hospitality. It’s family-run, with owners and chefs working together to create a welcoming environment. Our waitress “Angel” was a star, running the floor with absolute professionalism and thorough knowledge of every dish.
They have in house made cocktails, wines and beers but also offer BYO (at $7 corkage per person, you’re better off buying it in store).
Grace of India is great for any occasion, whether it’s a casual dinner, small celebration or group gathering, the atmosphere suits it.
Thank you for a great experience!
