Pusher Espresso @ Paddington

I found this coffee shop in Paddington via google and was surprised I had not heard of it before. It a brilliant cafe with first rate coffee. Coffee is their own blend and made into the perfect brew, light and creamy and super enjoyable. I also love that it comes in a beautiful ceramic cup. Cappuccinos also have real chocolate on top!

The staff in Pusher are so lovely too, making you feel welcome right from the very start and provide your coffee in efficient time.

The cafe has food too, but it is mostly different types of toast and toppings. Using bread from Infinity (up the road in Paddington) and also Brickfields in Chippendale, the bread is unreal. We had a thick slice of soy and linseed with avocado and some jalapeño relish on top. Plenty of other toppings like bruschetta, jam or eggs. They do have some eggs, salads and baked goods as well.
