On the main street of the country town of Milton, you can find this trendy little spot, Peach Cafe.
With its apt peach coloured decor, wicker, rattan and plant life, it feels very on trend. Exposed brick walls display a cool neon peach sign.
Buzzing with customers, the cafe has a range of demographics accounted for on our day of visit and the atmosphere and ambience was pleasant.
Coffee here comes care of a great roaster, St Ali and thus they pour a good cup of coffee. The counter also showcases a range of pastries and treats that look enticing but we are here for more substantial meals.
The menu has a number of tasty sounding dishes such as the fried Chicken Shawarma Burger, Avocado on Sourdough and some amazing looking Vegan Coconut Waffles or even a breakfast plate with two fried eggs, toasted pita, homemade hummus, spiced chickpeas, pickled onion & cabbage and coriander.
We opted for a “Peachy Roll”, a soft roll with bacon, avocado, tomato, aioli, a hash brown and fried egg. It was a good burger, and we ordered a side of delicious in house made baked beans.
The food was good and overall experience was welcoming. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area .
