Estabar cafe in Newcastle is in a great location right on the beachfront, with a street level and risen area, it’s perfect to check out the waves and enjoy your brekkie outdoors if you so please.
This was the best experience of our Newcastle visit, for the food was amazing and each and every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. Service was so fast and we were overall super impressed.
You can grab eggs your way with a choice of additions. We both ordered scrambled, one with a macadamia and miso pesto and the other with brinjal pickle, feta, fresh curry leaf dukkah. These were both so tasty and a little different to the regular scrambled eggs we’d get so we enjoyed it a lot.
They use local and fresh ingredients as well as eggs from Just Been Laid (JBL) and bread from local baker, Baked Uprising.
Combined with a single 0 ‘paradox’ coffee, it was a great brekkie.
The cafe also does house made seasonal gelato using milk and cream from “Little Big Dairy”. There’s also plenty cakes for those with a sweet tooth.
We look forward to returning next time we’re in the area.
