Not being a city worker, I haven’t been able to visit Sevens coffee until the recent holiday break as it’s only open Monday – Friday.
I was glad to finally visit this quality specialty coffee shop during my break. Located in the Sydney CBD, on the corner of King and George streets (near the Apple Store), you’ll find this cafe in the lobby of an office-building with a few black-marble tables, brass and timber materials for the seating area.
Sevens uses Canberra company Ona for its coffee, brewing up a quality cup to have on the run or in store.
Some great food is also available; some amazing bagels from Small Talk, meats from LP’s and pastries from my local bakery Tuga. The bagels are also served with crisps. How about trying their Wagyu Beef Filled Bagel with fermented, dijon, slaw, pimento cheese & greens!
There’s also other food such as muesli and chia pods, a “fish bowl” with dry salted cod, salad bowls and brekkie bowls if you prefer.
Drink wise, it’s not just coffee, there’s kombucha and cold-pressed juice and sodas available.
