Cassiopeia is a specialty coffee store, established in the Blue Mountains in 2006, there are now three espresso bars; in Katoomba, Springwood and Windsor.
They produce their own blend, roasting their own beans to provide a specialty coffee experience. The coffee here is super nice and we like the flavour of our milk based coffees.
We have previously visited the Windsor location, and now tried the original Katoomba store. Located on Lurline street, only a short walk from the main strip of shops and also walking distance to the Three Sisters.
It brings a modern aesthetic to its interior with it’s white and wood décor, and has a few tables outside too. Their front of house coffee bean bags and products are also on display. Service was efficient and friendly and we enjoyed our experience here.
