A small suburban corner deli in Redfern serving up a small range of sandwiches made to order, as well as baked goods such as and lamingtons cookies and Vegemite scrolls.

They also have a shelf selling merchandise such as bags and mugs.

A range of sandwich options available on house made ciabatta; breakfast, salad, chicken, ham and deli. We had the outstanding ham sandwich with maffra mature cheddar, onion jam, sprouts, pickles and a hot mustard Mayo (not too hot). The deli sandwich is packed with meats; kangaroo mortadella, salami cotto, ham, provolone, shredded lettuce , pickles and Mayo. They’re massive and so tasty!!

The sweets are also amazing, such as their vanilla slice, and a chocolate chip cookie. Or we can also recommend their lamington, a soft sponge covered in dark chocolate and coconut with a light raspberry jam that wasn’t too much like some often can be. Made for the perfect version of a lamington.

Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is also available. Coffee is brought to us by brand supreme. I bought an oat mocha milo coffee, bottled to go. This was really good when poured over some ice cubes.

The space is small and minimalistic with a few benches, primarily appropriate for takeaway. The staff are friendly and efficient in preparing your sandwich.
