We were lucky enough to try out some “Vitamin Tea” which is a cup of tea which you can make in your own home via their 100% plant based tea bags.
Eloments Vitamin Tea provides over 40% of your daily needs of 9 crucial vitamins. They’ve been made in consultation with nutritionists and laboratory scientists to develop this natural multivitamin tea.
They don’t contain synthetic vitamins, their teas are made from nutrient rich-extracts from organic herbs and fruits and these vitamins can assist with immunity, skincare and energy amongst other positive effects. For example,
B1 (Thiamin) helps gain more energy from the foods you eat, B2 (Riboflavin) helps to maintain healthy function of your eyes, B2 (Niacin) for mental health, Vitamin C and Zinc for immunity.
