We dined at Adria Bar and Restaurant, located in Sydney’s Cockle Bay Wharf in Darling harbour for a Mediterranean inspired menu and great views!
The Adria menu features plenty of seafood, pastas, meat or salads and plenty of refreshing drinks; beer, wine and cocktails. We loved their range of cocktails and watched the sunset with an Aperol Spritz and Mojito.
We enjoyed seared scallops with a cauliflower puree, watercress, crispy prosciutto and balsamic glaze. Perfectly cooked and nicely flavoured.
In addition, we also liked their lamb Souvlaki, marinated in rosemary, garlic, olive oil served with tzatziki and we ordered a fattoush salad to accompany this.
As a main, the barramundi was amazing, served with broccolini and chumichurri. The meals were all fresh and healthy and presented beautifully on the plate.
The restaurant has a laid back, casual vibe and although it took a while to get seated and served (they weren’t busy), once the order was taken, the food came out very fast.
Such as lovely way to spend the afternoon. We can recommend Cockle Bay Wharf as the perfect dining destination and you can always enjoy some entertainment in the area afterwards.
