Sydney Vegan Market

Although we’re not Vegans, we do like trying new things and happy to eat Vegan food. We also like doing new things so we decided to check out Sydney’s Vegan Market, held on the third Sunday of the month from 9am – 4pm at The Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park. The market is held in the central showground area, with over 100 stalls selling all things plant based, vegan and cruelty free.

There’s fresh food cooked on site, as well as pre made foods, baked goods, sushi, take home snacks and so much variety that it really is so hard to choose.

We tried some cookies and donuts, but next time we’ll go with an emptier stomach for meals.

It’s not just food though, there’s fashion; clothes and even shoes, candles, ceramics, make-up, home décor and kitchen equipment.

There’s entertainment too, yoga sessions and musicians so you can have fun whilst you’re there. Don’t forget that your furry friend is also welcome!

Plenty of the stalls are also educational, where market goers can learn about vegan diets, cooking, how to protect the planet, and even how to compost.

The market also encourages covid safe practices.

We do recommend trying the market for a fun day out.
