We tried out the chocolates at Belle Fleur fine chocolates which now has an outlet in Maroubra, in addition to Petersham and Rozelle.
Their history tells us they’ve been in the industry for over 30 years and you can certainly tell that they know what they’re doing.
They use high quality Belgian couverture to create a range of amazing chocolates. I picked a few different chocolates to try, as well as some special ones for Melbourne cup.
The chocolates are absolutely exquisite, seeing hand made chocolate filled with a range of flavours and textures. I also tried lemon meringue and champagne! I really love these and for fine handmade chocolates and such good quality, they are also reasonably priced.
