Theo’s Deli is a great little sandwich shop in Surry Hills on Foveaux Street, only a few minutes from Central Station.
The space itself is only small, but visible from the street with its neon signs.
Concrete finishes, colourful tiles and a few stools to sit at in addition to an upper level. The menu is featured on a wall as you enter, highlighting its 7 signature sandwiches such as the HEC (Ham, Egg and Cheese), Reuben or the amazing Muffaletta.
The Muffaletta is the sandwich we ordered, a ciabatta roll, filled with layers of mortadella, salami, provolone, spiced olives and sundried tomatoes. We thought this was great!
The deli also brews up coffee using Pablo and Rusty’s.
