Founded in 2016, in Oyster Bay, Black Market Roasters serve coffee, food and coffee equipment, as well as do coffee training for coffee enthusiasts and baristas. They also offer tasting experiences.
What a cool idea, where for $20 at the Marrickville roastery, you can experience 4 different coffees both hot, cold and from all over the world, and these are paired with 4 small food offerings.
If you’re not up for a course or training, you can certainly pop in for a cup of your favourite type of coffee.
There’s also a store in Newtown and Black Market also supplies beans to various venues that we’ve visited.
