Melbourne iconic croissanterie Lune has made waves in Sydney with its first pop up store in the QVB today. Croissant enthusiasts undoubtedly excited to their hands on this food gold. When you go to Melbourne, it’s often a 2-3 hour wait to her your hands on one of their croissants. At this pop up you can try their collab with Australian artisanal chocolatier, Koko Black which sees an ultimate limited croissant sensation The Belgian Truffle. Brought you by Koko Black Head Chocolatier, Remco Brigou, Founder of Lune Croissanterie, Kate Reid and Lune Executive Chef, Chloe Thomas.

This has been released to celebrate todays World Chocolate Day for Croissant and Chocolate lovers to indulge in! They have extended sales for the whole weekend until Sunday 9 July at all Lune stores and selected Koko Black stores across Melbourne and Sydney.

When you think about this product, think of a twice baked croissant with a goey chocolate inside, featuring the Koko black Cocoa frangipane and 70% Guanaja fondant.

They have topped it with more chocolate – tempered chocolate shards, salted cookie crumb, mascarpone chantilly and Koko Black Belgian Truffles.
