Cedric Grolet @ The Berkeley

Cedric Grolet, a French pastry chef, is known for creating desserts that have a likeness to the fruit from which they’re made. He’s also opened a patisserie operating in the Berkeley Hotel, London with artfully crafted pastries.

The plain croissants were by far the best we’ve ever eaten, buttery, slightly crispy exterior and the most perfect layers!

They also have got amazing chocolate croissants, raspberry or blackberry treats and many with cherry too.

You will be absolutely mesmerised by the offerings. Look it’s not cheap, but it’s not every day you can try one of these beauties.

Get there early to avoid any disappointment!
