Fire and Brimstone is situated upstairs of the Hillside Tavern Castle Hill. This BBQ joint occupies a large space with plenty of seating, a large bar and enough room to host entertainment – a live band. The large smoker is very impressive, be sure to check it out when you visit.

You will get your fix of mouthwatering smoky, beef rib, tender brisket and pork belly with food curated by an authentic Pitmaster, Brad Shorten. The meats are served with sides of homestyle Mac and Cheese, slaw, pickles and potato crisps.

The staff at fire and brimstone are BBQ enthusiasts and are happy to talk all things BBQ. Have a chat and find out what what it takes to produce the quality meat that comes out of the smoker. There is also a great range of craft beer, whisky and plenty of cocktails on offer.

Grab a few beverages from the bar and settle in for a great meal and enjoy the entertainment on offer. A great place to enjoy BBQ foods in a casual setting.

Thanks to Men at Work Communications for the invitation to dine, and to Fire and Brimstone for their hospitality.
