An artisan bakery in the the shire suburb of Kirrawee can be found in an industrial estate, in a factory space and it has a retail outlet out front. We visited a Saturday morning and the line was already decent, everybody up early for their bakery fix.
The bakery produces organic naturally fermented breads, with no additives, using only, flour, water & salt and offers a range of different sourdough options from white to wholemeal, soy and linseed, olive and more. There’s also baguettes and English muffins. The Bread and English muffin was superb. I’ve also enjoyed the bread a number of times at cafes around Sydney and like when I see it on cafe menus.
They front counter also showcases a range of baked goods including sweet pastries and cakes, muffins, plain croissants, almond croissants, donuts and morning buns. The donuts were great, tasty and fluffy with a light sugary exterior.
The baked goods here are great and I look forward to returning.
