New addition to the cafe scene in Randwick, is The Fed Kitchen, located on Avoca Street, not far from the shopping centre.

In one short week of being open, I’ve been multiple times. There’s the amazing pastries, like the jam donut, cookies, croissants and vegemite & pecorino scroll and you’ll find bagels on Fridays.

They also serve up great coffee using Skittle Lane Beans, which has long been one of our favourites.

The store sells pre made salads and focaccia’s and baguettes. The salad I bought was so delicious and I’ll return for another for sure. Mine was a mix of kale, roast pumpkin and feta, as well as pearl barley and corn with a lemon mustard vinaigrette.

The store also sells gourmet artisan pantry items and heaps of goodies by Lox in a Box, so we could also make bagels at home.

Staff are incredibly friendly and we look forward to returning.
