Located in McMahon’s point, Fiore is a new bakery selling loaves of bread, smaller snacks, Mecca coffee and pantry items.

The display rack showcases the sourdough bread loaves (as well as some other options – we bought the spelt), made on site daily, using ancient grain flours from Wholegrain milling. They also have small brioche that you can get with mascarpone and jam, or choc hazelnut spread. You can also buy mini rolls with a spread – I got the jam and pepe-saya butter. Can’t beat a fresh roll with butter and jam. We understand the bread is made using ancient grain flours from Wholegrain milling.

You can buy panini’s or even a ploughman’s box if you’re after some food to go.

The coffee uses Mecca beans and it was good, I opted to have mine dine in – there’s a few little benches inside and at the front door.

The pantry shelves have spreads, relish, coffee beans as well as sauces and granola.

I’m glad to have made a stop by, for both the bread and coffee was enjoyable.
