The bento is made up of rice, tasty potato salad, picked vegetables as standard, topped with your choice of savoury topping. Infact they do a Japanese version of pork schnitzel called the Katsu which is great with their mild curry sauce. They tell us the products are imported from Japan to keep the flavour the same.
