We stumbled across Malo’s Mill in Pyrmont when visiting Pioik Bakery next door. A lovely bright open space with welcoming staff.
We enquire about the typos of coffee used here and they proudly tell us they roast their own. We order a milk based coffee, which was excellent. Nice and smooth and subtle flavours. We liked it so much we also tried their espresso.
The cafe also has an appealing menu, with pastries by textbook patisserie, sourdough, egg dishes, oats as well as a few options of omelettes and baked eggs. They also have a range of subs and some soups on the specials.
We look forward to returning for a meal and another coffee or two.
