Fishbowl is a healthy fast food style dine in and takeaway casual restaurant. It was founded in 2016 with a belief to to change fast food culture by providing an option for people to get faster food, whilst still being fresh and healthy.
Fishbowl has made to order salads or bowls of a Japanese style. They use local, Japanese and sustainable ingredients. There are pre-prepared menu options, that are made once you order. You can also diy by selecting your preferred ingredients. I ordered ahead online and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. I found this to be a very seamless process and as I could DIY ingredients, I had all my favourite ingredients.
I visited the Surry Hills store and it’s a hip little spot with bold and vibrant designs, a neon “sashimi” light and graffiti style art.
It’s a great option for healthy food in the go.
