Odyssey lean have a nutritionally-crafted menu designed to help lead a healthier lifestyle. Meals are high protein, high fibre, low carb, low fat, low sugar, low GI. This is perfect for me as I like to keep fit and healthy and they are a great meal after a training session, with the right amount of protein, carbs and veggies to keep you full.
They are pre-portioned and calorie controlled, ranging between 250 – 400 calories a meal, with a breakdown of ingredients and nutritional value on the front of the pack.
They are super tasty too.
