I’m not sure why Tony is so angry, but we’re certainly not, since there’s a new pizza place in town. Angry Tony’s, first beginning with a store in Darlington, they’ve opened another in Mascot, only a few mins walk from the train station.
A brightly lit pizza shop with welcoming interiors and plenty of space to sit, indoors or out. We like the pizza themed art and the mural of Angry Tony himself.
If you prefer having your pizza at home, they also offer delivery with a minimum $20.00 spend, which shouldn’t be too difficult. Each pizza is roughly $18, pasta $12-$15 and sides between $5 and $11.
This pizza cafe does do breakfast but we’re here to try their pizzas, what they’re best known for. Choose from their classic pizzas, whether it be their Margherita Pizza (v) to Pepperoni or some from their Signature list, you’ll certainly find it difficult it choose. We were lucky enough to try so many options on our visit, and they’re so good!
Our personal favourites were the
Celestino Pizza with Smoked Leg Ham, Black Olives, Mushroom, Italian Tomato, Mozzarella
and
Prawn Show with Tiger Prawns, Red Chilli, Homemade Basil Pesto, Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato and Italian Tomato
But the winner on the day was
Barrack Oburger Pizza with Ground Beef, Red Onion, Italian Tomato, Mozzarella, American Mustard, Pickled Gherkin, Onion Rings, Crispy Bacon. This tasted like a cheeseburger on a pizza and I would happily order this time and time again as it was so tasty and unique.
Angry Tony’s also have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, whether it be the Vego deluxe or Mediterranean (amongst many more) for Vegetarians or for those on a Vegan diet, why not try their “nightshade” with Italian Tomato, Eggplant, Capsicum, Toasted Pepitas, Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes and Vegan Cheese or their “Tandoori Tony” with Italian Tomato Base, Vegan Mozzarella, Fried Cauliflower, Capsicum and Red Onion.
Whilst you’re here, why not order a bowl of pasta or some sides too like a Greek Salad, fried cauliflower with harissa, the sweet potato fries or incredibly crispy onion rings.
They also do desserts like a baked Banana and Nutella Pizza, Nutella pizza, Banoffee Pie or Strawberry and Nutella Pie.
We recommend ordering soon or even get in for their SUNDAY DEAL where any pizza is only $12 from 5pm Til 10pm or their TUESDAY DEAL sees 2 For 1 Pizzas!
Thanks to White Key Marketing for the invitation to dine, and to Angry Tony’s for their hospitality.

The food sounds and looks delicious, might have to get the crew together and head over there for a feed.
