After their success in Marrickville, this amazing artisan Patisserie has opened a new outlet in Randwick.
Selling their fresh and unique pastries (which have been produced at Marrickville Headquarters), this time in a café style space on Perouse Road that enables you to grab your pastry and a coffee and eat in store if you’d prefer. I love the neon sign and dark concrete interiors.
They use aroma beans to make a good cup of coffee and all provided with super friendly service.
For their food offerings, you’ll find a range of pastry and patisserie goods, as well as sandwiches and salads.
There’s the likes of a passionfruit mousse, fruit flans, bombolini (donuts), cronuts, almond croissants and more. We tried one of the new offerings, a fruit flan that is made using a croissant style flaky and buttery base, and this is just brilliant.
In addition, the chocolate almond croissant with a raspberry filling is so decadent and a wonderful sweet treat!
The beautiful vanilla mousse biscuit was like the inside of a crème brulee between two biscuits, sprinkled with icing sugar. The vanilla beans are visible throughout, giving it a nice delicate flavour.
They sell boxes of Xmas Fruit Mince Pies (as well as individual for sale) as well as boxes of short bread biscuits with cream that will be sure to make you popular come that Christmas Party if you take this for dessert.
